Attention and maintenance

① Grab impacts hopper which is strictly prohibited.

②  If the hopper need be repaired and inspected out off guardrail, must do personal safety measures.

③  Go up and go down the hopper need caution, jump, frolic is prohibited.

④  All wires, wires junction and power need to be tested quarterly.

⑤  All electrical equipment must be operated safely and strictly prohibited, and need to be tested quarterly.

⑥ To check all bolts in the hopper whether are loose once every month, whether have break. Once found, the hopper should be stopped immediately and the bolt should be changed, and then could work continuously.

⑦ The wheel pin shall be periodically checked for lubrication once a month.

⑧  Because the hopper need shaking work, the welding check is necessary regularly. Once found, the hopper should be stopped immediately and the weld will be processed before it can be continued.

⑨ The dust wiper should be checked and maintained regularly.

⑩  To check the electric control cabinet and the dust in air compressor cabinet, and clean it in time, which avoid effect electric circuit.
